Cloud systems can improve flexibility, collaboration, disaster recovery, and scalability. Businesses can test ideas quickly and increase capacity during busy periods without purchasing permanent hardware.

Important considerations

Users should plan access controls, encryption, backups, compliance, performance, and spending limits. Moving to the cloud does not remove the need for security, monitoring, or responsible data management.

Costs can increase when unused resources remain active or when large amounts of data move between services. Organizations should review usage regularly, choose suitable regions and service levels, and understand how data can be exported if requirements change.
